Return & Refund Policy
At Best and Cool, every item is made to order just for you. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Buyer's remorse
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Please refer to our sizing chart before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, when appropriate, provide a replacement.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify your order because each item is made specifically for you.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
